know, Weldon is the brother of '60 Darlene Morgan
and brother-in-law of her husband, '60 Jerry
Peschke! Here is the announcement I received from
Since we will be welcoming the New Year in a few
days, Weldon and I would like to share the good news
that we are planning on getting married in February
2011. We've received quite a few inquiries as to our
current "status," so we thought we would like to use
our high school websites to let you know about our
upcoming plans. We appreciate all our classmates'

Yup, the BHS website did it. That nice US map on the BHS
website allowed two 1960 grads to hook up.
John Gilbert who lives in San Luis Obispo, Ca found
Marilyn Jones (Webster) down the highway in Paso
John and his wife Marian, met Marilyn and her husband
Brian, for coffee at Vic's Cafe in Paso Robles. It was fun
meeting Marilyn and getting caught up on our lives after
Bellaire. I have attached a photo of us.
John has been living on the lovely Ca Central Coast for ten
years. He has a successful healthcare executive search
firm. John got his BS in Industrial Engineering from Lamar
University, and an MS in Industrial Administration from
Purdue Univ. His wife Marian is a concert pianist. They
have two children, Lauren and Walter.
Marilyn lives on 40 lovely acres in Paso Robles, Ca and
splits time back in Texas at their home on Lake Palestine.
Her husband Brian was in the aviation insurance business.

son has just had his second book
published. The publisher is Marcher
Lord Press. The first book is "The
Dark Man" which is dedicated to his
father and best friend who died three
years ago; the second is "Konig's
